Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ATP Atelier pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer box and then inside the protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a pickup through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
